8 Profound Tools for Transformation

Many times, the most effective way to create lasting change and transformation in your life is with the simplest of tools and processes.

Life is already filled with distractions, challenges, and hectic schedules so why add even more complex processes when you truly do not need to.

If you implement the following tools, practices, and exercises you are guaranteed to improve your performance, happiness, and overall well-being... and best of all most of these are at zero cost to you.

Here are just a few of the very best and most effective things that you can do to improve your life today:

1. Meditation

Here at A World of Love we are huge fans of you taking time out of your day to be still and go inwards. The benefits of meditation cannot be overstated or underestimated. Besides stress relief, focus, and relaxation using the techniques we teach in our Facebook Group, Meditate Like A Monk, or via our Free Reclaiming Sessions, you will take back control over all aspects of your life, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and live a more guided, inspired, fulfilled and empowered life.

2. Journaling

Writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be therapeutic. It can be more powerful than paying for a psychiatrist to listen to you and the benefits can be profound if done in conjunction with meditation and with mindfulness awareness. It will help you process and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and can be used as a tool for goal setting and personal growth.

3. Exercise

Not only is exercise good for your physical health, but it can also boost your mood and energy levels. Finding a form of exercise that you enjoy will make it more likely that you stick with it. We recommend walking or any form of stretching or Yoga as a bare minimum a few times a week.

4. Nutrition

Eating a healthy diet is essential for overall health and well-being. Make sure to include plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, purified water, and eat organic wherever possible. Minimize grains (especially wheat / gluten even if you are not intolerant), alcohol, dairy, and especially sugar. There are some exceptions but if you keep away from processed foods in general you will notice a dramatic change in your health over time. We do not advocate any one particular diet over another as genetically every person is different. However, the general rules above apply to everyone.

5. Sleep

Getting enough sleep is crucial for both physical and mental health and it is the time when your body does most of its detox work. There is no better hack to feeling better and being more productive then having a well-rested and restored body. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night and get to bed before midnight. Avoid using electronic devices and bright lights in the hours leading up to bedtime and if you struggle with insomnia doing a meditation to release you day or journaling before bed will help greatly.

6. Time in the Sun

There is no better form of natural healing and source of vitamin D than the sun. Worshiped in ancient times, the sun, along with air and water, is the source of all life on this planet. Just 20 minutes a day, ideally in the morning, will do wonders for your body and will even help you with your circadian rhythm and sleep patterns. The more exposed your skin the better, just don’t bake yourself. This is not about getting a tan or upsetting all the beauty enthusiasts that demonize the sun.

7. Earth Time

Just like with the sun, spending time on the earth, barefoot, or even hugging a tree will do wonders for anyone. As a matter of fact, exercise, time in the sun, and earth time can easily be combined. When you get on the earth you ground yourself which helps clear the aura and zaps negative energy to bring you body back to balance. This is especially important for those who work in offices and are around electronics for extended periods of time. Having a pet dog is great to help get you out each day. 

8. Be Grateful

Gratitude is the highest form of prayer. It is the acknowledgment of the perfection of your life up until this moment and the lessons that is has brought you thus far. Being grateful eliminates victim consciousness and empowers you to step on the shoulders of your current and past experiences and allows you to transcend them into new and better experiences. When you are grateful you will see things for what they really are which empowers you to create positive changes in your life.

Developing a routine for self-care and making it a habit is the only way to break free of the monotony of life and to overcome stresses of our modern world.

Implementing these eight simple items will not only save you money and time, but it will help you reclaim more of who you truly are and will dramatically improve your performance, happiness, and overall well-being.

Remember, you are doing this for you, but you are also doing it for others, for the people around you. A happier healthier you will bring more happiness into the lives of those around you.
